OK I had great trouble narrowing down the designs. For various reasons I choose Future Santa and Sunny Antartica. I then struggled to pick a winner.
Sunny Antarctica is a stunning piece of design and well worthy of honourable mention but I chose FutureSanta as the winner because it made me laugh so much. A great concept and at a time we are all busy and need a good laugh.
It is great to know that in the future there will be fruitcake still available and that Santa is going to be a hottie. Although it’s a little unnerving that in 100 years time us non-US folk are still going to be hearing about John McCain, but I suppose everything in the future can’t be rosy!

Weekly Design Contest: December 2108

After the success from last weeks design contest Hey You Kids Get Off My Lawn I now present you with a futuristic challenge this week. Our guest judge will be HowlAtTheMoon, the winner and reigning champion of our weekly design contest.
HowlAtTheMoon asks these questions with the theme of December 2108 in mind:
- 100 years from now what will be creating a buzz?
- What will be the best selling products?
- Who is making the news?
- Is Santa now a robot?
Some last words of advice from HowlAtTheMoon:
Have a futuristic frolic in this weeks design competition!
When the theme was presented thoughts of Futurama and Santa is Gunning you down came to mind.
What in it for you?
Just what am I offering? A few things really. You’ll have a fun time designing and entering the contest and wickedly fun time reviewing all the entries next Sunday. Your designs will get their own blog post right here which will hopefully help with sales! The winner gets to pick the next weeks theme and judge the contest. And last but not least, you could get to proudly display the a Shirt For Everything Winner’s badge in your shop! Prestige is a wonderful thing that I’m sure will make you sleep better and night and put a smile on your face when you are awake.

- No more than two submissions. I may just chose one of the two if I’m buried under submissions
- Entries Due by midnight Saturday, December 20, 2008 CST. Okay, entries due before I get up Sunday morning.
- Winner will be posted Sunday, December 21st, 2008.
