The important thing is not to stop questioning is a quote made famous by Albert Einstein.  It happens to be a value I hold highly.  There are too many times in our lives where we look at the absurd or silly and wonder ‘why the heck does it work that way?’.  If we kept our thoughts to ourselves we would remain ignorant of the why and even worse, miss an opportunity to improve what ever it is we are looking at.

So if something doesn’t make sense, question it.  It either will make sense from then on OR maybe other people will question it as well.  It is those small questions that can lead to big changes.

Encouragment can come in many forms.  It can be patting someone on the back for a job well done or telling people that they can do something if they try.  For myself, I prefer the encouragement that Winston Churchill once issued.  Never Never Never Give Up.  It sounds so simple but when someone needs a little bit of encouragement it shows that you believe in what they are doing and that they can do it.

Make sure you encourage someone today.  Whether by word, email, or just by wearing a great shirt that might inspire that person to be greater than they are by themselves.
